This engaging unit encompasses reading and writing standards by moving students through an African Alphabet safari. Students will learn a multitude of new vocabulary words and simple research skills as they "travel" through Kenya. Web 2.0 tools such as Blabberize and Mixbook help make this unit an experience your students will never forget.
